FAQ

Questions before requesting an estimate

What is the difference between rough, final and touch-up cleaning?

A rough clean addresses the site before final finishes are complete, a final clean prepares completed spaces for inspection or handoff, and a touch-up handles new dust or marks created after the final clean.

When should the final clean be scheduled?

Schedule it after dusty trades and major punch-list work are complete, with utilities active and enough time before inspection or occupancy for corrections.

Do you remove all construction debris?

Light labels and surface residue may be included. Heavy debris, dumpsters, hazardous materials and trade waste must be removed by the responsible contractor unless separately agreed.

Can you support contractors and property managers?

Yes. We can evaluate phased work, unit turnovers and deadline-driven handoffs when access, readiness and scope are confirmed in advance.
